The Hell

The Indian dies and goes to hell. He first finds a different hell for each country. He goes first to the German Hell and asks,"What do they do here?." He is told, "First they put you in an electric chair for an hour, then they lay you in the bed of nails for another hour and the German devil whip you for the rest of the day."

The man does not like it at all, so he moves on. He checks out the Russian and many more, he discover they are all same as the German Hell. Then he comes to an Indian Hell and finds that there is long line of people waiting to get in.

Amazed he asks "what do they do here." He is told,"first they put you in an electric chair for an hour, then they lay you in the bed of nails for another hour and the Indian devil whip you for the rest of the day."

But that is exactly the same as all other hells, so why there are so many people waiting to get in, he asks.

"Because maintenance is so bad that the electric chair does not work properly, someone has stolen all the nails from the bed, and the devil is a corrupt person who signs the register and then goes to the canteen."
In India Policies are placed but implementation varies.
